Senior Executive Sample Room

Job description:

Handling Sample Department process to meet customer requirements in terms of meeting sample delivery time lines and maintaining required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

·         Schedule / plan the work load effectively to meet customer demand

·         Manage the sample room ensuring that all garments are produced to the customers' specifications using the most cost effective methods.

·         Ensures the required quality systems are implemented and sample garments are produced in accordance to required specification.

·         Liaise with designers / Merchandisers regarding any pattern amendments as required by the customer.

·         Check produced sample with pattern and spec sheet, complete size chart, ensure quality standards meets buyer's requirements

·         Lead, motivate and develop sample room staff in order to achieve performance standards

Required qualifications & experience:

·         Minimum G.C.E. (A/L). Degree or Diploma related to the Textile is added advantage

·         Minimum 3 years experience in similar capacity

·         Knowledge of embroidery machines & equipment, industry norms & standards, method of sampling with production feasibility
