Trainee HR Analysts (Internship)
Talent Management Centre is a boutique HR consultancy specialised in recruitment and career development guidance. We have two newly created positions for Trainee HR Analysts.
Role:
You will be provided with training in all aspects of Human Resource Management. You will be trained to analyse and report job specifications, person specifications, job descriptions and short listing of candidates. You will also be responsible for organising and enrol trainees for various training programs.
Key Selection Criteria:
Keen interest in Human Resource Management (HR qualification from IPM or N IBM is highly regarded)
Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
Excellent computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook etc.
Honest, hard working and ability to work in a team environment.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday 08:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Remuneration:
During the training period (6 months), you will be provided with a training allowance of LKR 12,000 per month. After the training period if you are offered a permanent position, you can expect a salary in the range of LKR 25,000 per month.
