Maintenance Executive

Selected Candidate will be reporting to Manager - Administration

Key responsibilities and accountabilities

  • To plan the routine maintenance work of A/C units, elevator and generator of high tech office building
  • To Plan the routine maintenance of 20 -25 vehicles
  • To attend to breakdowns, diagnose faults and oversee time-critical repair
  • To have a good relationship with the service providers so is to get the servicing and repairing in due period
  • To oversee the work carried out by outside maintenance personnel, such as fitters, plumbers, electricians and technicians 
  • To liaise with outside parties with regard to refurbishment, installation and maintenance related work
  • To Provide a prompt and effective response to maintenance problems
  • To Provide an outstanding level of support to the needs of staff and, in so doing, gain their respect and appreciation
  • To supervise maintenance staff in order to ensure a positive and healthy work environment
  • To comply with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirement
  • To manage contractors
  • To arrange immediate alternative arrangements in a case of breakdown of power supply, air conditioners, generators and lifts
  • To minimize the count of break down
  • To attend to maintenance work of the houss built by the company prior to creating sales
  • To attain and restore any of the breakdowns within the shortest possible time
  • To have a continuous maintenance of all equipment in an effective manner

Attitude Required

 Good team player and ability to correspond and coordinate with other departments as and when necessary

  Ability to work in a pressurized environment
