OPERATIONS MANAGER

·         A Degree NDT qualification from a recognized institution.

·         Should have the ability to lead, guide, and motivate a team of competent staff through outstanding supervisory and follow up skills.

·         Good communication skills are required.

·         Minimum of 05 years experience in managing production lines together with in depth knowledge of Inc production process from fabric inspection to packing, in knit and woven garments.

·         Needs to be highly skilled in administration work, implementing systems and follow up procedures.

·         Knowledge of production planning and merchandising.

·         Should be able to participate in a team based information sharing environment, collaborating and co-operating with others for higher results.
