JFL operates its stores pursuant to a Master Franchise Agreement with Domino's Pizza International, which provides it with the exclusive right to develop and operate Domino's Pizza stores and the associated trademarks in the operation of stores in India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. Domino's India was incorporated in year 1995 and initiated operations in year 1996. At present 3FL is one of the largest food service companies in India with a network of 400 stores (as of 10 June, 2011) pan India. The Company is the market leader in the organized pizza market with a 50% overall market share and 70% share in the home delivery segment in India. 3FL focuses on a home delivery and takeaway oriented business model, which offers its customers the convenience of eating in the comfort of their- own homes and workspaces. JFL has recently signed a master franchisee agreement with Dunkin' Donuts to open its stores in India. JFL has also become the lst company in QSR which got listed in NSE and BSE and went to public in year 2010.

After a grand success in India, JFL is making its foray in Srilanka for Domino's Pizza stores, and now looking for results oriented, energetic and dynamic people who can take the company's vision on a new height and make it successful on the land of Srilanka.

We are looking for Store Managers, who would be responsible to manage the store, lead and motivate the team and produce the results as per business requirement. Please go through with below details to know the job description.

Job Description 

Position/Job Title: Store Managers

Job Purpose: To provide and manage the smooth operations of the Store

Key Accountabilities:

·         Maintain all set up global standards to ensure maximum external and internal customer- satisfaction.

·         Leading store level planning, financial management, stock handling, marketing activities etc.

·         Ensure all operational and managerial aspects are in place at the store operation.

·         Manage and handle all the operations and store team

·         Interact effectively with support departments within the organization

Desired Candidate Profile:

·         Candidates with "Positive Attitude"

·         Preferably with Hotel Management Graduate or 3 year Diploma from Hotel school or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management Industry.

·         Possesses 2 to 3 years hands on experience in a similar- set up.

·         The ideal candidate would be between 23 to 30 years of age.

·         Willing to put in Long hours to achieve organizational objectives.
