Trainee Business Analysts

We have some opportunities for Trainee Business Analysts in our Business Intelligence, Risk and Research division where business knowledge in specific domains such as Business & Finance, ERP and Security Markets are gathered and managed. This is an ideal opportunity for young enthusiastic Undergraduates with Business & IT background as a combination of studies, and partner with a professional IT organization to develop long term career in business systems studies and implementation.
Work Responsibilities:
· Working with Business Analysis team and effectively manage the requirement engineering process of the projects where all the business requirements should be accurately documented and communicated to stakeholders and then ensuring the implementation of same.
· To analyze business problems in order to advise the clients on alternative solutions.
· Continually review, test and verify the delivery of business processes involved in many software products in different domains.
· To support software Project Leaders in documentation and implementation of requirements and business processes.
Ideal candidate would also have:
· Undergraduate qualifications in IT and Business or similar background.
· Strong Interpersonal skills both verbal and written.
· Well organized work approach.
· Ability to communicate with business users and IT developers to capture and document the end to end requirements which are ever changing.
· Understanding of business process modeling. RAD (Role Activity diagrams), UML modeling etc.
· Knowledge in business process management (BPM) tools and techniques.
· Working under own initiative and managing own timescales.
· Working knowledge and experience in Banking, Finance, Security Markets and ERP would be an added advantage.
