HYGIENE EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a well experienced and enthusiastic individual with knowledge in Food Hygiene and familiar with the GMP, GHP & HACCP systems. The right individual should have effective communication and interpersonal skills with high level of IT literacy. He should be a good team player able to take timely and effective decisions as and when necessary.

Are you the right Candidate with:

·         A Degree in Food Science

·         Experience in Food & Beverage industry in a similar capacity(an added qualification)

·         GMP, GHP, HACCP & Quality Assurance experience

·         Ability to conduct and monitor Training specially on Personnel Hygiene, Kitchen Hygiene, Food Hygiene and Pest Control.

·         Ability to conduct Laboratory Tests and periodic Health Check-ups for Food handlers

·         Ability to work long hours to meet deadlines

·         Male below 35 years of age

Hygiene Supervisor:

A person with A/L to exposure preferably with Quality/Hygiene background would be considered
