Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent professional qualification in HRM.
- Minimum 01 year experience in the similar capacity.
- Understanding of labors law and disciplinary procedure.
- Proficient in MS office.
- Excellent communication slops & interpersonal skills.
- Managing & maintenance personal files & other information.
- Shortlisting of candidates through filtering resumes, exams and phone interviews.
- Selection of candidate.
- Developing introduction program of new employees.
