The Ideal Candidate would posses

·          Significant management level experience

·          Experience of managing a team and driving results

·          Any management degree a MBA would be an added advantage

·          Experience with international brands logistics and FMCG industry experience would be an definite advantage

·          Good understanding of Sri Lankan directives of imports and customs and Group Purchasing Organizations

·          Supplier relationship management

·          Significant purchasing experience with a proven track record of delivery against targets

·          Significant Strategic Sourcing and Category Management experience
