Requirements
- Should control all reservation functions - ticketing and followups, stick to time limit guidelines.
- Ensure customer satisfaction at the highest levels.
- Should report all transactions to accounts daily and carry out other assigned tasks.
- Knowledge of GDS: SABRE/AMADEUS is a must.
All applicants should be goal-driven and passionate with excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to plan, organize and prioritize work. They should have outstanding problem-solving abilities and be able to speak fluently and confidently. They should be dependable team players with analytical skills, who should establish good rapport with clients.
