Requirements
- Should have knowledge of International Reservation Procedure, be able to allocate daily tasks to Reservations staff and review reservations booked.
- Should be responsible for training staff, implementation of policies and procedures and maintain cordial relationships with commercial clients.
- He/she should ensure that team members foster a customer-focused environment with clear responsibilities and expectations.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, charting work schedules and ensuring and monitoring performances of team members are also a priority.
- Knowledge of GDS: SABRE/AMADEUS is a must.
All applicants should be goal-driven and passionate with excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to plan, organize and prioritize work. They should have outstanding problem-solving abilities and be able to speak fluently and confidently. They should be dependable team players with analytical skills, who should establish good rapport with clients.
