POST OF IT TECHNICIAN
Job Description
· Perform IT Node monitoring and surveillance (eg.Servers and storage devices related to vas Application nodes) with correct understanding and Hands on experience of Linux,VVindow MySql.
· Provide resolutions to customer queries under senior supervision.
· Work cooperatively with local technical groups for resolutions.
· Troubleshoot and do initial & deep level root cause analysis with Good Analytical Skills and provide fast resolutions for outages & faults under senior supervision.
· Liaise with Product teams on Applying symste patches, upgrades and L3 escalated incidents carryoutrelevant changes in the nodes under senior
· Write and modify basic shell scripts under supervision & nstructions with supervision. Understanding of the various types of scripts and the commands used
· Working with Server,Workstation, backups.
· Working with System Processes with correct understanding of stop and start processes.
· Working with TCP/IP Networks.
· Installation of OS (Linux, Windows) under supervision.
· Understand, use and trouble shoot native and enterprise backup tools with Correct Understanding of server Backup /Restore procedures.under. senior supervision.
· Prepare various type of reports [utilization , performance].
· Communicate with Customer with Good verbal and written communication skills.
· Good Team Player.
Qualifications
· Should haves Diploma / Higher Diploma in IT with Linux background).
