We are pursuing down a watchful, vivacious, energetic, instructed, experienced result organized and dynamic,suitable contender for the post of Quantity Surveyor.
Quantity Surveyors
A leading industrial building construction company over 25 years in the industry as part of expansion of the business looking for candidates for following position.
Duties
- Reviewing & certification of payments applications, variations & claims.
- Preparing rate build ups to support variations & extra works.
- Preparation of cost reports as instructed by management.
- Preparation of BOQ with reference to drawings & details provided.
Requirements
- HND (Q.S)/NDES/NDT/HNDE.
- With 3 Years experience or N.C.T. (Q.S) with 5 Years experience in civil Engineering.
- Good Knowledge in Auto Cad & MS Excel.
- Good Knowledge ICTAD terms & condition in contract administration.
- Experience in Steel Building will be an added advantage.
- Age between 25 to 45 Years.
