Project Managers

A leading industrial building construction company over 25 years in the industry as part of expansion of the business looking for candidates for following position.

Duties

• Project management & supervision over assigned projects maintaining orderly records and documentation to allow real time reporting & accountability to management & client.
• Coordinate teams of internal staff and external consultants including architects, engineers and sub-contractors.
• Coordinate with consultant team during design and engineering phase to achieve expected results.
• Coordinate construction management team to ensure on time and on budget delivery.
• Attend construction draw inspection & ensure quality control.
• Coordinate with preparation of BOQ & tender documents.
• Timely attend onsite issues & solve issues within short period of time.

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree in Civil Engineering over 5 years of experience or NDT and or equivalent qualification.
• With 10 years post qualification experience in construction sites.
• Computer Literacy including experience in Microsoft office, Outlook email, AutoCAD & project management software.
• Experience in all type of construction will be an advantage.
• Excellent Organizational, Presentation & interpersonal skills.
• Must have understanding of construction terms, scheduling & planning concepts.
• Excellent command in oral & written English.
• Age between 35 to 45 Years.
