Project Electrical Engineers

Duties
- Achieve a detailed understanding of the Contract documents (drawings and specifications), phasing.
- Facilitate problem solving, as may arise, between MEP Subcontractors during construction.
- Audit the performance of MEP subcontractors.
- HVACIPlumbing/ Fire Fighting! Electrical /ELV services design in hospitality construction, and coordinate between different trades and consultant.
- Site engineering management and coordination of sequence of work for a quality and time performance.
- Assist in the receipt and review of MEP submittals.
- Log and post all MEP changes and as-built information on field drawings.
- Assist in the scope review, budgeting and justification of MEP change work order.
- Assist in the installation of MEP work.
- Direct, monitor and control the activities of MEP Subcontractor.
- Coordination and administration of MEP related materials, systems and shop drawings submittals.
- Liaison with Consuftait MEP supervisory Engineers, Inspectors and relevant staff.
- Ensure that MEP Subcontractors provides and adheres to relevant Quality documentationirecords.
- Ensure that MEP Subcontractors adheres to Project safety regulations.
- Assist in the testing and commissioning of MEP equipment.
Requirements
- B.Sc Degree.
- With minimum 5 years experience.
- NDT / HNDE.
- With minimum 10 years' experience.
- Excellent communication both verbal and written skills in English.
- Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Exposure in Overseas projects would be an added advantage.
