Trio Constructions (Pvt) Ltd, are searching for a smart, energetic, youthful, educated, experienced outcome engineered and dynamic,suitable contender for the post of Chief Quantity Surveyor.

We are a leading Construction Company recognized by ISO 9001:2008, having ICTAD C-1 status with membership of NCASL, CCI & Chamber of commerce, seek dynamic target oriented and self-motivated individuals to be appointed to the following positions. Preferable Qualifications, Experience and Responsibilities.
Requirements
- The quantity surveyor will be responsible in supporting all engineering related activities of the assigned projects.
- Take off measurements, Preparing of bills, SSR, EOT, and other related contractual claims.
- B.Sc, JNDT/ HNDE in civil or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the Building projects is the mandatory requirement.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Execution of the works given by the Management.
- Labor & material control.
- Preference will be given to those who are residing in Southern Province.
