99X Technology (Formerly Eurocenter DDC) is a company specializing in delivering High Quality Product Engineering services to Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) in the global market place. With offices in Colombo, Sri Lanka and Oslo, Norway.

 

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated person with a positive attitude to join our company as a Training Manager. While reporting to the Management team, the Training manager will be responsible for planning, budgeting, organizing and managing all training within the organization. He/She must ensure that training programs always cater for both new recruit training and recurrent training.

 

Key responsibilities 

 

·           Identify “core competencies” of the workforce

·           Identify training needs within the organization – individuals and teams

·           Design, develop and implement training programs

·           Perform internal team building activities

·           Evaluate training and development programs

·           Organize/maintain/manage all training material/manuals

·           Identify, design and implement career development for all positions

·           Formulate training budget and assess ROI of all training programs

 

Job Requirements

 

·           A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Human resource management OR Equivalent Professional Qualification  

·           10 yrs. experience in training and employee relations 

·           Depth of practical experience in technical and non-technical training

·           Ability to be proactive , self-motivated and self-directed

·           Strong verbal, listening, written communication and presentation skills required

·           High level of interpersonal skills

·           Coaching/mentoring and demonstrated leadership skills

·           Experience with ISO/CMMI and an HRIS would be an advantage

·           Ability to architect and drive change

·           A flexible team player with ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization
