Civil Engineering Supervisor
We are on the lookout for a Building Maintenance & Civil Supervisor for our well reputed international client company located in Colombo.
Duties
- Proper knowledge of Quantity surveying.
- Proper knowledge of AUTOCAD.
- Attending of civil engineering related minor repairs.
- Ensure proper records are kept of the repairs and the maintenance.
- Schedule and supervise daily civil engineering related work.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
- Mandatory skills – Communication Skills, Computer Skills, People Management
- 1 years’ experience in civil engineering
- Minimum NVQ level qualification or Diploma in Civil Engineering related Field or Facility Management
- Very high proficiency in IT( Specially Excel and Windows based software)
- Colombo Based -Occasional travel outside Colombo-Transport will be provided.
