Assistant General Manager (Trainee):
Position Summary:
Blue Mountain Properties (Pvt) Ltd, provides Real Estate Solutions in Growing Sri Lankan Land fk Property market. We are looking for an Efficient, Hard Working tk Competent Individual to be groomed up to an Assistant General Manager for our Existing Team.
Candidate Criteria,
- Fully qualified in CIMA with MBA from a recognized professional body.
- Age below 24 Years would be preferred.
- Having hands on experience in Managerial Capacity would be desirable.
- Effective English communication and good IT literacy skills are essential.
- Strong team management, leadership, interpersonal and monitoring skills and strong customer relationship management skills are also a must.
- Having solid understanding of Project Management would be an added qualification.
