Grandeeza - Luxury Hotel and Banquet, are searching for a savvy, enthusiastic, youthful, instructed, experienced outcome arranged and dynamic,suitable contender for the post of Guest Relations Executive.

Guest Relations Executives

We are a star class hotel with forty (40) luxury rooms and Sri Lanka's largest luxury banquet hall located in Negombo which can accommodate up to 1200 guests at a time whether it's a wedding, conference, fashion show, concert or a sing along. We believe in achieving excellence by providing superior customer service, accommodating multiple beliefs and ensuring top class luxury to build relationships that last forever. We, among many other luxuries, offer European architecture, luxury interior and state of the art technology, utmost quality food that ensure health and safety standards, not forgetting five star service.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years minimum experience in star class hotels in similar position in similar capacity.
  • Age not more than 45 years.
  • Pleasing personality with good PR skills.
  • Possess higher educational qualifications in the relevant field.
