We are scanning for a keen, eager, energetic, taught, experienced result masterminded and dynamic,suitable contender for the post of Cook.
Cooks
We run a branded fine dine restaurant / Cocktail & Shisha Bar / Night Club and a Lounge located in Colombo 07. We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, team provide an excellent experience to our clients. As a team member you should be proactive and initiative and meet customer needs and expectations. Compensation includes salary, service charge and tips.
Requirements
- Proven experience as cook.
- Experience in using cutting tools, cookware and bakeware.
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, frying, blanching, poaching, boiling etc.).
- Ability to follow all sanitation procedures.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Very good communication skills.
- Excellent physical condition and stamina.
- High school diploma or equivalent Diploma from a culinary school will be a n advantage.
