Requirements
- Senior Quantity surveyor have to prepare tender and contract documents.
- Including bills of quantities with the architect.
- Advise on a procurement strategy.
- Allocate work to subcontractors.
- Maintain awareness of the different building contracts in current use.
- Prepare and analyse costings for tenders.
- The education qualification is degree or NVQ level 6 or equivalent.
- With minimum 5 years working experience in buildings.
