Requirements
- Experience in construction of building works.
- Commencing from foundation to completion of work with architectural background.
- A team player, prepared to work long hours if so required.
- Must be Conversant in ms project.
- Cash flow, man power requirements including monitoring.
- Updating of programs on weekly basis.
- Communication skills in English, Sinhala.
- Ability to communicate in Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar capacity in the housing industry.
- Aged preferred 28-45 yrs.
