Vasiri Construction Company, are searching for a brilliant, vivacious, youthful, instructed, experienced result situated and alterable, appropriate possibility for the post of Senior Quantity Surveyor.
Senior Quantity Surveyors
We are a well-established CIDA C-2 Category Construction Company. With the increased volume of work in our new projects, we are looking for suitable candidates experienced in Water Supply & Drainage and Road Construction Projects for immediate recruitment.
Requirements
- Should have minimum of 5 years industry experience.
- Possess a comprehensive knowledge in preparing BOOs'.
- Tender documents.
- Identify revisions in various pre-contracted documents.
- Calculate quantities from the drawings.
- Thorough knowledge of material prices.
- The ability to evaluate and analyse market prices/ trends.
- High level of competency in handling SBD i to SDB 5 standard specifications.
- Other relevant documents (FIDC, NPA Publications).
- Pre/post contract experience and competency to handle MS Office packages.
- MS Project and Auto-Cad are other desired prerequisites.
