The Glenrock Hotel, are looking for a smart, energetic, young, educated, experienced result oriented and dynamic, suitable candidate for the post of Reservation Executive.
Reservation Executive
We are a luxury eco boutique hotel developed on a sustainable village theme, mainly serving high end foreign guests. This may be your opportunity to join our humble team , enjoy work and reap benefits.
Requirements
- Answer calls, provide information, Record data.
- Process reservations for this luxury hotel with only 10 high end suites/cabanas.
- Organize transfers to and from other hotels , airport, train trips and facilitate excursions.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in handling OTAs would be highly advantageous( Also, may be trained).
