POST OF PRODUCTION SUPERVISER Kottawagama plant -Galle District
Rasuki Apparel (Pvt) Ltd is a subsidiary of Jolanka Group. We are on the look for a suitable 4 candidates who may wish to start a challenging career in Supervising.
· You should have minimum 3 years relevant experience and exposure in garment manufacturing
· Lines need to achieve a minimum of so% net efficiency with high quality levels.
· Will be responsible for reconciliation people management/motivation line micro planning and line balancing new style setting, operator retraining lean implementation etc.
· Need to have new technical knowledge, people management skills, positive and problem solving attitude.
· Age above 30 years.
