Our client is a well-established real-estate development company, looking for suitable candidates for following position to be based in Colombo.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in material engineering field Or equivalent.
• With professional licenses.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role with hands on experience in below areas.
• Selecting and procuring the best combination of material for finishing purposes.
• Testing material for quality, durability and compatibility.
• Assist in requirement gathering and prepare tender documents.
• Quotation analysis to ensure like to like comparison of all suppliers.
• Working closely with the engineering team and advise on the most suitable materials.
• Ensure products comply with local and international legal and quality standards.
• Analyze the cost implications of materials in terms of both money and time.
• Analyze data using computer applications.
