Micro Holdings (PTE) Limited, are looking for a dynamic, self motivated, dedicated and goal oriented candidates for the following post of ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER.
ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER (Head Office)
MICRO construction (Pte) Ltd. is an ICTAD registered, M1 graded, ISO certified construction company, which is a subsidiary of Micro Holdings the premier vehicle manufacturer in Sri Lanka. We are looking for a dynamic, self motivated, dedicated and goal oriented candidates for the following positions with long term commitment and ability to drive the company to achieve construction excellence.
Requirements
- Should be a Chartered Civil Engineer.
- With minimum 15 years of experience.
- Having good knowledge in ICTAD & FIDIC Conditions of Contract.
- Contract Agreements, project planning, execution & monitoring.
- Ability to negotiate with the labour & specialized sub contractors, etc..
- Preference will be given for candidates with M.Sc. in Construction Project Management.
- Construction Mgt. from a recognized university in Sri Lanka.
- He should be dynamic, self motivated, dedicated & committed person.
- Willing to travel extensively to visit the construction sites.
- Attending site meetings, negotiation with Clients / Consultants, Post Contract Management etc.
- Experience in similar position in a reputed construction company previously.
