Micro Holdings (PTE) Limited, are searching for a dynamic, self inspired, committed and objective arranged possibility for the accompanying post of SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR.
SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR - HIGH RISE BUILDING
MICRO construction (Pte) Ltd. is an ICTAD registered, M1 graded, ISO certified construction company, which is a subsidiary of Micro Holdings the premier vehicle manufacturer in Sri Lanka. We are looking for a dynamic, self motivated, dedicated and goal oriented candidates for the following positions with long term commitment and ability to drive the company to achieve construction excellence.
Requirements
- Should possess B.Sc. (QS).
- HNDE (Q.S.) or equivalent qualification.
- With Minimum 06 - 08 years experience in the building construction.
- Especially high rise building with more than 12 floors.
- Should be well conversant.
- With standard methods of measurements & Standard Forms of Contracts.
- Specifications is a must.
- Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
- Negotiation skills and knowledge in estimation of MEP related work.
