The company is currently looking for a suitable candidate to fill the following vacancy
Training Executive Central Zone (Sinhala)
Training Executive (Central Zone) will be based in Kandy. Administratively reporting to the Central Zonal Manager and as regards Training objectives, will be advised and monitored by Manager-Sales Training and Development.
Major Duties; Conducting Sales Training programmes designed by Manager-Sales Training and Development. Monitoring and motivating field force members to achieve performances spelt-out at the culmination of Sales Training programmes.
Experience : At least three years of Sales Training experience, preferably in an Insurance Company. Full/ part qualification in insurance exams/ degree is essential whilst the National Diploma in Training and Development awarded by the Sri Lanka Institute of Training and Development (SLITAD) or the City and Guild — UK Diploma in Training would be an added qualification. Also, a very good knowledge of Sinhala and fair in spoken English is preferable.
