N. Chandraratne Decorators, are looking for a smart, young, energetic, educated and suitable candidate for the post of Quantity Surveyor.
Quantity Surveyor
N. Chandraratne Decorators (Pvt) Ltd, one of the dominating institutions in the field of waterproofing, painting and construction chemicals in Sri Lanka, is looking for dynamic personnel with great enthusiasm, to be employed in the following position.
Requirements
- An HNDE (QS) / NCI (QS) qualification.
- with 1-2 year experience.
- A sound knowledge in taking site measurements, preparation of BOQ.
- progress payment applications.
- Should be able to work using Auto CAD, Microsoft Office and Project.
- A good knowledge in project estimation and tendering.
- Should be a good team player.
- A valid driving license to ride a motor bike and owning a motor bike of his/her own would be an added advantage.
- Monthly rental and mileage/fuel will be paid separately.
- Good writing and speaking skills in English.
