Senior Executive/Specialist -

Group Business Program, Management Group Business Operation

·         Responsible for initiating projects, programs, , annual business plans with milestones in order to accomplish assigned tasks within the agreed time, cost, quality and revenue target and drive towards the completion of the same.

·         Strategize and implement initiatives, forecast and monitor strategic initiatives and execution of program/project work plans. Ensure delivery, re-evaluate and adjust to align with CxO and Company KPIs/benchmarks.

·         Identify strategic issues and changes which impacts projects, programs and company targets. Recommend and implement corrective actions to ensure achievement of set targets.

·         Shall be responsible for end to end program management and launch of new products and services in consultation with relevant stakeholders including CXOs to ensure Dialog retains its technology leadership and innovation in the marketplace in keeping with its brand promise, The Future, Today.

·         Responsible to disseminate information and participate with colleagues in order to achieve corporate efficiency.

·         Engage in "what-if" thinking to learn & develop variety of solutions or recommendations and execution plans.

·         Considers multiple aspects of solutions or recommendations & projects/products and how they will play out in during execution.

·         Timely escalation of risks & issues and resolve the same whilst ensure end to end delivery

·         Lays down execution plans to deliver the desired results & in anticipation of the possible issues that may arise.

The Profile

·         Should have B.Sc. Degree in IT/Telecommunication or relevant professional qualification.

·         Experience in product/program life cycle management.

·         Post Graduate qualifications will be an added advantage.

·         Minimum 5- 8 years of experience in the Telecommunications or IT domain and at least 2 years in similar capacity.

·         Excellent working knowledge of MS Projects, MS Office, PowerPoint, & Excel.

·         Should have sound knowledge in telecommunication business frame works, products and PLM.
