Renem is an executive search firm specializing in the search & staff recruitment of top-notch professionals at all levels across vast array of Technology /BPO/KPO/Banking/Manufacturing companies. Our client is an international real-estate development company, looking for suitable candidate for following position to be based in Colombo.
Requirements
- Excellent Negotiation Skills.
- Excellent Presentation Skills.
- Ability to think Analytically.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
- Report writing skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Engineering field or equivalent, with professional licenses Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in below areas.
- Cost control, planning, forecasting and estimation.
- Conducting feasibility studies & cost benefit analysis.
- Large scale infrastructure project with high complexity and mix is desired.
- Writing reports and preparing documents (plans, contracts, budgets etc.).
- Risk analysis evaluations.
