Calamander Unawatuna Beach Resort, are searching for a savvy, alterable, experienced and suitable contender for the post of Guest Relations Officer.
Guest Relations Officer
Calamander Unawatuna Beach, formerly known as UBR is one of the oldest and most renowned beach resorts in the South. We are growing company and we are hoping to meet enthusiastic, motivated and professional individuals who share our vision.
Duties
- Guest Relations are always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.
- Should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills and values that follow.
- An ability to listen and respond to demanding Guest needs.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Accountable and resilient.
- Commitment to delivering a high levels of customer service.
- Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations.
Requirements
- Previous experience of 2 years in a customer service function or in a similar role.
- A passion for delivering an exceptional level of Guest service.
- Fluent in English and High level of IT proficiency.
