Capex Delivery Engineer

Our client, Fiji Roads Authority (FRA), was established in 2012 to menage and develop Fiji's network of roads and infrastructure. FRA has made significant progress in managing multiple and large scale protects and infrastructure budgets and the organisation has operated on an outsourced model where the design, contract supervision and physical works are procured from the private sector. The success of the FRA model has resulted in significantly greater investment In the road network than was originally anticipated. As a result. the FM has undertaken an organisational review to ensure that there is sufficient capacity and capability to ensure it fulfills its objectives. The key outcome of this review is the appointment of new technical end non technical positions for FRA These roles will appeal to Higgins proactive individuals who we capable of embracing change and developing innovative solution's. Essential attributes include dynamic leadership skills,outstanding interpersonal and communication ability, strong technical acumen, good work ethics and a track record of delivering results.

Requirements

• An appropriate tertiary qualification in engineering.
• At least 8 years experience as a Senior Engineer.
• With significant background in the delivery of wading capital works programmes.
• Technical knowledge and experience in project management and contract administration of capital works.
• Proven ability to drive major Capex project outcomes.
• Excellent attention to detail in all areas of work.
