Rohan Rodrigo and Co, are searching for a brilliant, youthful, dynamic, steadfastly, instructed and suitable contender for the post of Operations Manager.
Operations Manager
Rohan Rodrigo & Co. (Pvt) Ltd is an ICTAD/CIDA registered Civil Engineering contractor based in Colombo, engaged in the industry for over three decades, dealing mainly in building construction.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and energetic individual to fulfil this important vacancy at a strategically important juncture of the Company. Special consideration will be given to candidates who have the ability to manage the Construction Division of the Company and the drive to improve with it.
Requirements
- Possess a B.Sc (Civil Engineering) Degree from a recognized University.
- At least 5 years experience in a similar capacity.
- Minimum 3 years hands on experience in Building Construction work.
- Project Management and completing tasks within given deadlines.
- Holding membership in a professional Engineering Institution would be an added advantage.
- Having knowledge and experience in Business Management will also be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel to any part of the country on project locations and clients' needs.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle pressure, manage multiple sites, and manage.
- Guide a team of operations and engineering staff.
- Keen knowledge and ability to adhere to health, safety and environment standards.
