We seek dynamic, results-oriented individuals to join us for the following job categories.

Category A: Well qualified graduates to join our R & D team for new product development.

Category B: NDT qualified persons to provide support to the R & D team.

These positions are based at our central laboratory complex in the suburbs of Colombo.

Major Job Responsibilities

·         Engage in new product development

·         Involve in product and process improvements.

·         Work closely with staff from Marketing, Production, and Engineering departments as well as from other disciplines for cross functional team based projects.

·         Documentation associated with certification and testing processes.

·         Active participation in carrying forward DPL Operating System (DOS) activities

Qualifications and Experience

Category A: Minimum qualification - BSc in Chemistry Special (upper second) sciences preferably MSc or MPhil in polymer sciences.

Category B: Minimum qualification - NDT

Knowledge and expertise in Polymer Chemistry and experience in the latex industry is an advantage. The upper age limit for this position is 30 years.

You would possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in both team-oriented and self-directed environments. Sound knowledge of the MS Office suite is a prerequisite for this position.
