Assistant Manager - Admin

GULFJOBS.LK, one of our reputed clients in Colombo is looking a for the post to join immediately.

Duties

  • Establishing effective recruitment.
  • Testing and interviewing programs in order to assist the line Managers on candidate selection.
  • Planning and conducting the On-boarding process for new recruits in order to foster positive attitude towards Company goals.
  • Maintains Employee Benefit Programs and Revise when necessary.
  • Managing the Payroll of the Organization and the Administration Functions of the Company.

Requirements

  • Possess a degree specialized in Human Resource Management from a recognized university/institute or equivalent.
  • 4 years of experience in the field of Human Resources.
  • With minimum 1 year of managerial experience.
