Union Bank of Colombo PLC, opportunities exist for dynamic individuals with a drive for performance to embark on a career in sales. The job entails managing a sales team and promoting the Bank's asset product portfolio including Loans as Manager.

Duties
- Manage and lead a sales team to achieve set targets.
- Conduct promotional activities in order to create awareness and generate leads.
- Motivate and coach team members to achieve set performance levels.
- Maintain MIS and implement development initiatives.
Requirements
- Should have minimum 05 years'experience in sales including 2 years in the financial services industry.
- Full or part qualification in SLIM/CIM would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
