Quantity Surveyor (Site)
Royal Property Holdings Pvt Ltd is a Real Estate development firm incorporated in 2003 which manages, develops and acquires Commercial and Residential Real estate. We are currently seeking young and dynamic professionals to join our team for a new multi storied apartment complex at Colombo.
Requirements
- IQSSL (Level III completed).
- HNDE (QS) or NCT (QS) or equivalent qualification.
- Three year work experience in post contract stage.
- Self-Motivated and good disciplines.
- Must be willing to work independently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential both written and verbal.
