Senior Quantity Surveyor - (High Rise building Project)
Micro constructions (Pte) Ltd. is an !CIAO registered, M1 graded, ISO certified construction company which is a subsidiary of Micro Holdings the premier vehicle manufacturer in Sri Lanka. We are looking for a dynamic, self motivated, dedicated and goal oriented candidates for the following position with long-term commitment and ability to drive the company to achieve construction excellence.
Requirements
- BSc (QS)/ HND (QS) / NDT(Civil) or equivalent qualification.
- With 15 years experience.
- Minimum 10 years experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in pre-contract work.
- Post contract, including, project estimating & costing, post contract work including project valuation, evaluation of progress, etc.
- Past experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in a High rise building project over 12 stories.
- Preferably an Apartment Project is essential.
- Preference will be given for part qualification or membership in IQSSL or any other recognized Institution.
- All candidates should be computer literate.
- Ability to use MS Projects or Primer Vera, in programming.
- Communication & writing skills in English language.
- Dynamic, self motivated, dedicated, hardworking.
- Energetic & target oriented person with self confident.
