Project Manager (High Rise building Project)
Micro constructions (Pte) Ltd. is an !CIAO registered, M1 graded, ISO certified construction company which is a subsidiary of Micro Holdings the premier vehicle manufacturer in Sri Lanka. We are looking for a dynamic, self motivated, dedicated and goal oriented candidates for the following position with long-term commitment and ability to drive the company to achieve construction excellence.
Requirements
- Chartered Engineer.
- B.Sc. (Civil) or equivalent qualifications.
- With minimum 15 years post qualifying experience especially experience in high rise building construction, apartments, hotels, mix development, etc.
- Past experience as a Project Manager in a High rise building project over 15 stories, preferably an Apartment Project is essential.
- Ability to work & handled project independently with exceptional skills in planning, organizing, executing, labour handling, etc., are essential.
- Preference will be given for candidates with PG. Dip / M.Sc. in Construction Project Management / MBA from a recognized University.
- All candidates should be computer literate.
- Ability to use MS Projects or Primer Vera, in programming.
- Communication & writing skills in English language.
- Dynamic, self motivated, dedicated, hardworking.
- Energetic & target oriented person with self confident.
