Project Engineer
A diversified group of companies in Colombo is looking for the post for their latest apartment project. This role is for experienced candidates with a proven track record in Project Management with a background in Civil Constructions.
Duties
- Management and coordination of project resources including contractors.
- Other third party suppliers.
- Responsible for the realization of all project deliverable s.
- Ensuring all engineering / architectural standards and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Be familiar with the all stages of construction from piling to finishing preferably in high-rise apartments.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
- A minimum of five years post qualifying experience.
- Capable of managing multi-disciplinary project teams.
- Thorough understanding in commercial, quality, statutory compliance.
- Safety standards of civil constructions.
