The Bank seeks to recruit dynamic results oriented individuals with a proven track record for the post Manager Recovery.
MANAGER RECOVERY
Merchant Bank of Sri Lanka & Finance PLC, a public quoted company and the pioneer Merchant Bank in Sri Lanka which offers a wide range of financial services and products including Investment Banking, Corporate Advisory, Leasing, Corporate & Retail Credit facilities etc. The Bank seeks to recruit dynamic results oriented individuals with a proven track record for the post.
Duties
- Maintain the NPA position as per the set monthly targets.
- He should have a thorough knowledge in recovery process.
- Procedures of HP, Leasing, Term loans, Business loans, Housing loans etc.
- Strong negotiation skills backed by good communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Degree and Qualification in Banking.
- Credit Management or equivalent.
- With more than 4 years experience in the financial sector.
- In handling recoveries in same capacity.
- G C E (A/L) Examination and Part Qualification in Banking.
- Credit Management or equivalent.
- With more than 7 years experience in the Financial sector in handling recoveries in same capacity.
- Sound knowledge in office packages.
- Age Preferably below 35 years.
