We seek dynamic, energetic and results oriented individual for the post of Construction Engineer.
Construction Engineer

We are looking to recruit a post to manage a G+4 building construction within Dehiwala Mount Lavinia or Colombo 6 region. You will be managing this project alone and reporting to an Investor outside the country and to a senior project director in Colombo.
Duties
- Manage Contractors.
- Overall Supervision of Quality of work.
- Authorize work of contractors for payment.
- Reporting to the MD.
- Coordinate with suppliers, checking quality of suppliers.
- Prepare weekly progress report.
- Recommend cost saving methods.
- Construction material purchase.
Requirements
- HNDE / NDES / TTI / NCT Civil or any other suitable Qualification.
- Minimum 3 year experience on Executing Residential Building Towers ( 4 Floor and above ).
- Flexible and Result Oriented.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Computer Literacy in MS Office.
- Valid driving license or own transport facility.
- Excellent remuneration package will be given based on the experience.
- Upon completion of the project you will be given a completion bonus.
