We are one of pioneering company in the forefront of the apparel industry with a workforce of 15000 in our Group of companies.
We would offer an opportunity to be a member in our team for young and career minded person with a degree/ diploma, or equivalent academic qualification from an institution of Human Resources management with minimum 3-5 years experience in HR related functions in the capacity of HR Manager/senior HR Executive.
EPF procedures, preparation of the payroll with software packages, knowledge & implementations of compliance, C-TPAT, etc. will be advantage.
Should be capable to communicate in the English and Sinhala languages fluently.
He/She should be fully conversant in all HR function, training & development, retention of employees, legislation & Ethical Trading Initiatives etc.
