Career Opportunity at the Construction of 2ookey Weligama Bay, Marriott Resort & Spa, looking for a suitable candidate for the post.
Duties
- Liaise with design department to obtain clear specifications.
- Work with the managers for drafting necessary to detailed drawings.
- Create detailed CAD drawing for on-site work if required.
- Carry out site surveys and drafting of as built drawings and shop drawings.
- Have attention to detail as well as great time management and organizational skills.
- Taking off quantities of materials from construction drawing.
- Other duties requested by the management.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years experience in Interior Design knowledge for onsite application.
- With AUTOCAD knowledge.
- Civil Draftsmanship is required with particle experience in interior design / construction.
- Assist in day-to-day department operations when necessary Strong computer skills.
- Proficiency with MS Word and Excel is a must.
- Graduate with Diploma in Autocad / draftsmanship.
- Studio 3D max.
- CorelDraw and /or similar design program.
