Manager- Operations
Our client is a multinational company which provides the customer support services and outsourcing services globally.
Duties
- You will be responsible for driving all aspects of Operation requirements.
- Serving a liaison between Site Management.
- The Operations to ensure client service level agreements are met.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Operations Management/Marketing/ Customer Service or Business Administration.
- 10-12 years of overall experience.
- With minimum 5 years in BPO/Telecom processes with people management experience.
- Strong verbal communication skills and good interpersonal experience.
