Insight information Technology, a well-reputed company in Oman, established in 2003 and currently a firm specialized into various IT services. The firm is undergoing an expansion of its offerings, and will therefore require additional workforce to cater for such expansion.
We are in the process of recruiting professional, dynamic, technology savvy individuals.The candidates must possess competitive skills as well as demonstrate earlier work to matchhis skills pool . Key skills shall include the ability manage all regular tasks in relation to the job title in question. Additional skills will be valued to give the candidate a competitive advantage.

Duties

• Develop Java and web applications according to user requirements.
• Coordinate and execute integration with external web-based applications.
• Assisting colleagues in any Java technology and design matters.
• Maintaining a good standard of output and project testing.
• Manage the FileNet applications quality, performance and up time.
• Perform bug-fixes and application troubleshooting when necessary.
• Maintaining the security of the FileNet applications and data.
• Train colleagues on FileNet development principles and methods.
• Ensure compatibility and compliance with the IBM and web standards.

Requirements

• Join the company within a short period.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 8 years experience.
• At least 2 years hands-on experience with WebLogic Application Server environment.
• Skillful with JBOSS, JDBC, JVM and Security techniques.
• Must be a team player and work closely with software/web developers.
• A sound knowledge in Web Server technology and relevant IBM APIs.
• IBM certifications in FileNet-related courses is required.
• Oracle developer certification is required.
• Java/J2EE Certification is required.
• Must have positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Both written and verbal (English).
