Requirements
- B.Sc(Eng) + 6 year or equivalent with relevant experience.
- Prior Construction Management experience.
- Strong planning skills using software tools.
- Considered to be essential.
- Managing with sub-contractors and other parties.
- Planning, executing, monitoring and closing projects.
- Project budget and scheduling estimation and management.
- Providing reports and documentation on project stage andprogress.
- Performing quality assurance.
- Risk management
- Conducting status review meetings with team members and clients.
